DEPOSIT: At time of reservation 3 nights accommodation: 50% for 10 nights or more and for packages. During the Christmas season: 50% upon making reservation, prepayment 45 days prior to arrival date. COVERAGE: Deposit covers first two nights and last night of stay. CANCELLATION: MBR must receive notification 45 days before arrival for low season; 60 days before arrival for High season; 90 days Christmas to avoid loss of deposit. If cancelled within the cancellation period a 1-night cancellation fee will apply. Late cancellations are non-refundable. MINIMUM STAY: 10 days during Christmas period.
